WATCH & CLOCK SERVICING & REPAIRS
We recommend regular services on all our watches to maintain its function, appearance and value (especially if you watch is automatic!). How often varies from brand to brand but we recommend every three to five years should keep it ticking over nicely.
If you think your watch is due a service or needs to repair, please bring it into our store and a member from our team will take a look at it and advise you. Watches will either be looked at in house or sent back to the manufacturer.
A member of our team will give you an estimate for the cost of the service / repair. We will be able to give you a time frame for the service / repair and will phone you to let you know when it is ready to be collected.
JEWELLERY REPAIRS
We offer an extensive range of repair and support services. We want to help you keep your jewellery as beautiful as the day you brought it.
Ray & Scott's In-House Goldsmith Chris Le Bideau is our full time jeweller who is available on site to provide you with quality service for all your jewellery requirements.
Chris is able to carry out chain repairs, resizing rings, engravings, bespoke designs, jewellery cleaning, jewellery restoration, watch strap refurbishment and much more!
Most repairs can be carried out by Chris, however some repairs will need to be sent to one of our experienced jewellers / manufactures who will repair and return it as quickly as possible.

WATCH BATTERIES, STRAP & BRACELET ADJUSTMENTS
If your watch needs a new battery, strap or bracelet adjustment please visit us in store. A member of the team will guide you though the process and prices.
If you have a watch in need of a new battery, you will be able to collect it on the next working day (excluding any watches handed in on Thursday, these will be ready to collect on Saturday).
Please pay on collection.
IN-STORE JEWELLERY & WATCH VALUATIONS
If you have precious jewellery or watches that needs to be valued for insurance, probate, to sell, second hand replacement value purposes or simply to find out what your valuables are currently worth - visit us in store to talk to one of our professional staff members.

If you are looking for a unique gift, engagement ring or wedding band we specialise in handmade and custom jewellery.
If you have jewellery you no longer wear and would like to have it remodelled, discuss your requirements with our friendly staff and together we will create something completely unique for you and to your specifications.
LOOKING TO SELL YOUR UNWANTED GOLD JEWELLERY?
With gold prices setting a record breaking high, now might be the time to sell your old gold that you have in your jewellery box.
If you have any old gold jewellery that you have not worn in years, broken earrings, bracelets, etc bring it in to our store and we will find out what today's gold price is and give you a fair price. We also offer store credit if you want to trade it in for a new piece.

EAR PIERCINGS
Jeff is registered by the States of Guernsey Committee for Health & Social Care to carry out the practice of ear piercing in accordance with the provision of Article 2 of The Tattooing, Piercing, Acupuncture and Electrolysis (Guernsey and Alderney) Law 2000.
Any person under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and must be over the age of 11 to have their ears pierced.
Lower lobes piercings only.

The Harry Search room is located above Ray & Scott. This room is perfect for private functions and events for clients and colleagues who are interested in learning about diamond mining & processes, luxury watches, horology, jewellery and the history of Ray & Scott Ltd through the decades.
This room is equipped with WiFi, a sound system, flat screen TV and a kitchen.
