ORDERING ONLINE FOR GUERNSEY CUSTOMERS

1. Order any of our engravable items. Order the item to be delivered as a click and collect or order it as a home delivery and bring your item into our store.
2. Once you've received the product, ensure it is exactly what you were hoping for and fits as expected.
3. Bring the product into our store, one of our team members will take you through our process of engraving and additional payments. Each product will vary depending on the type of engraving.
4. The item will then be forwarded to our workshop to be engraved. Normally engraving takes 7-10 working days but can vary. One of our team members will contact you advising it's ready for collection unless told otherwise. Please pay for engraving on collection.

ORDERING ONLINE FOR UK CUSTOMERS

1. Order and of our engravable items. Go to checkout and pay for the item.
2. As soon as you have placed the order, please email web@rayandscott.com if you wish for the item to be engraved.
3. Each product will vary depending on the type of engraving. One of our team members will advise you through the engraving process and any additional payments. Payment for engraving can be take via a phone call.
